When we went into the 5th grade, we interviewed the students. One of the students we interviewed was Evie. She said, "The owl had really big eyes." Gigi proceeded to say that the owl was a Barred Owl. Alex was so surprised, never seeing an owl before. Henry thought it would fly away! Maila said she was excited. Mr. Jones also suggested talking about its features and about how it was tragically hit by a car, has brain damage, and can't see out of its left eye. All of their comments were very well thought out. They also mention the owl's name was Serena!
