Way to go, 8th grade! We are so proud of you. #ClassOf2020 #FiredogFamily

This is one of many things we are doing to celebrate our graduating 8th graders! Congratulations, Class of 2020!

After requests from our student council and many families, we are excited to announce that we will hold our Walkathon virtually this year on June 1 at 1 PM. Our theme is taken from a quote by St. John Bosco: "Walk with your feet on earth, but in your heart be in Heaven."

One of our 8th graders, Bryan, is reading the book "Bible Animals" to his sister! We love to see our students teach their family about what they've learned in school.

We are so proud of Sofia, who is the only student from Rhode Island to place in the National Poster Contest sponsored by AATSP. Please join us in congratulating Sofia for being recognized nationally for her talent! 🙌 Read more here: https://www.spvri.org/article/249171

In Episode #3 of Growing Gardeners, Mrs. Wilkins teaches us how to thin the seedlings that each of our classes grew this year. ✂️ Click this link to watch: https://youtu.be/4eN9be3G-Rg.

One of our 7th graders organized a service project and had our students make cards to send to local nursing homes. She wanted to send nursing home residents some Firedog love during these trying times!

We were recently able to have our gym floors refinished! The gym is a special place for St. Pius because our entire school gathers for morning prayer in there every day. We can't wait to pray together again in our beautiful gym!

Mrs. Wilkins released a new episode of Growing Gardeners! 🌱 Click this link to watch her harvest our leeks: https://youtu.be/91s8yceIFq4
